Wedding planning can be so overwhelming and ultimately it shouldn’t be, this is your time to enjoy your special occasion - at The Med we will work with you to create the day of your dreams!

We will work together to create bespoke mood boards based on your ideas, source all styling items and props, suggest and liaise with your venue & suppliers and take full management of all aspects such as budgets, RSVP’s and the all-important schedule. Every aspect will be covered so that you can truly enjoy the process.

Wedding Planning includes the following:

• Venue & supplier sourcing with liaison from initial contact through to the wedding day – access to our black book of trusted suppliers.

• Budget creation & management including payment schedule & reminders of when payments are due

• Creation of mood boards for each aspect of your wedding day including florals

• Sourcing & ordering of all items selected from mood boards (access to our prop catalogue is also available)

• Schedule creation & management

• Guest management & coordination pre-wedding & on the day including RSVP’s & seating plans

• Full set-up & styling on the wedding day and the day prior if required

• Full event coordination on your wedding day for 10-hours (or longer if required). 

• Main liaison for all suppliers on the wedding day to coordinate set up, running of the day and post event pack down.

• Most importantly we provide unlimited help & advice whenever you need!
