Month of coordination is perfect for couples planning a wedding who know exactly what they want but need some help with those last few hurdles. The most important factor on your day is enjoying yourself, stress free and knowing that every little detail is covered – which is where The Med steps in!

We will work together to take all of your ideas and plans with your chosen suppliers to create a full and thorough schedule, confirming all final details and being the main point of contact on the wedding day to ensure that everything runs to plan, leaving you to relax and enjoy.

Month of coordination includes the following:

• A meeting either in person or on Zoom 4-6 weeks prior to your wedding day to go through your ideas and plans. We will pull all information into a refined schedule, highlight anything that is missing and finalise all logistics.

• Following this meeting we will become the main point of contact with your venue and suppliers      to answer any final questions and ensure they have all details that they need.

• A meeting either in person or on Zoom 1 week prior to your wedding day to finalise your schedule and go over any last questions.
   
• Setting up and styling of any items on the day (we can also be present the day prior to assist with set-up if required).
   
• Full  event coordination on your wedding day for 10-hours (or longer if required).
   
• Main liaison for all suppliers on the wedding day to coordinate set up, running of the day and post event pack down.

Perfect for weddings taking place at home, dry-hire venues or those without in-house event management.
